Guest Post: Alba López

RobotMuse is happy to present Alba López’s final portfolio!

Alba López is an illustrator and fashion design student at the Cádiz School of Art. In their final year, Alba has taken gender identity as the main theme for the Final Project, investigating beyond binary gender. To illustrate his project, they has illustrated two collections of great designers: the DIOR Pre-Fall Collection for 2018, and the Ana Locking Realness Collection for Spring / Summer 2019. They has chosen to give the figurines a characteristic neutral-looking face and no eyebrows, inspired by the look of non-binary artist Claude Cahun.

Watercolors are one of the artist’s favorite media, coupled with the use of a clean and delicate line, causing pastel and saturated tones to blend and complement in their arts. Alba López’s work can be followed through Instragram (@puripuri_drawings) and Behance (Alba_Lopez)
